Welcome to AimouDIY. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AimouDIY.
AimouDIY operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered to customers (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit our website, create an account, upload content, place an order, or otherwise use our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Because many AimouDIY products are personalized or handmade, minor variations in color, size, cropping, positioning, finish, and appearance may occur. These minor variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
Product photographs, previews, and mockups are provided for illustration. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a digital preview is not a guarantee that the finished item will appear exactly the same.
Product descriptions, prices, images, availability, and specifications may be corrected or changed at any time without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities available to any customer, region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from AimouDIY. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product unavailability, prohibited uploaded content, or inability to fulfill a customization request.
An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order, including:
• Product type
• Size, shape, style, and quantity
• Names, dates, spelling, or custom text
• Uploaded photographs or artwork
• Billing and delivery information
We will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number supplied with your order if clarification is required.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
SECTION 4 — PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Many AimouDIY products are made specifically according to the photographs, text, options, and other instructions submitted by the customer.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of all customization information before placing your order.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, requests to change or cancel a personalized order must be sent to aimoudiy@163.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted. Once production has started, personalized orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled.
Personalized and custom-made products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because of:
• A change of mind
• An incorrectly selected product option
• Incorrect spelling or information submitted by the customer
• An unsuitable or incorrectly uploaded image
• Expected minor differences in color, positioning, cropping, or appearance
This does not affect your rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced due to our error, or materially different from the submitted order details.
SECTION 5 — CUSTOMER-UPLOADED PHOTOGRAPHS AND CONTENT
When you submit or upload a photograph, image, design, logo, name, text, illustration, or other material (“Customer Content”), you confirm that:
• You own the Customer Content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.
• Our use of the Customer Content to fulfill your order will not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, or other rights.
• The Customer Content is lawful and does not contain prohibited material.
• You have obtained appropriate permission from identifiable individuals shown in submitted photographs where required.
You grant AimouDIY and its necessary production, technology, storage, and fulfillment providers a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, crop, resize, position, adjust, print, manufacture, and otherwise process the Customer Content solely as reasonably necessary to:
• Create and fulfill your order
• Provide customer service
• Investigate order or production problems
• Produce a replacement when appropriate
• Meet legal, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations
Submitting Customer Content does not transfer ownership of that content to AimouDIY.
We will not use a customer’s private uploaded photograph for unrelated advertising or public promotional purposes without separate permission.
You must not upload content that:
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, abusive, or defamatory
• Contains unlawful sexual or exploitative content
• Promotes violence or illegal activity
• Contains malicious software or harmful code
• Violates the rights of children or vulnerable persons
• Otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law
We may reject, remove, or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, prohibited, harmful, or potentially infringing.
If an order is cancelled before production because we cannot accept the submitted content, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled item where appropriate.
SECTION 6 — IMAGE QUALITY AND FINISHED RESULTS
Customers are responsible for submitting photographs with sufficient resolution, lighting, focus, and visible subject matter for the selected product.
Low-resolution, blurred, dark, heavily compressed, incorrectly cropped, or otherwise unsuitable images may reduce the quality of the finished product.
We may crop, resize, rotate, reposition, or make limited technical adjustments to submitted images when reasonably necessary for production. We are not obligated to provide professional photo restoration or editing unless expressly included in the product purchased.
Screen previews may differ from the finished item because of differences in:
• Screen brightness and color settings
• Printing and production methods
• Product materials and finishes
• Image cropping and positioning
• Lighting and photography
• Normal manufacturing tolerances
Minor differences of this nature are not generally considered manufacturing defects.
SECTION 7 — PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices may not include shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and similar destination charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
Promotional offers may be governed by separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and account information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
If a price, discount, product description, or other material order detail is clearly incorrect, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel and refund it.
SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and delivery estimates are estimates only unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing.
Personalized products may require production time before shipment. Delivery estimates may be affected by the destination, shipping method, customs processing, carrier operations, public holidays, severe weather, and other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.
Responsibility for loss or damage during shipping will be determined in accordance with applicable law. If tracking shows a problem or your order arrives damaged, contact us at aimoudiy@163.com so that we can investigate.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage before approving a replacement or refund.
SECTION 9 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

Personalized products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly produced due to our error, or materially different from the submitted order details.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except for Customer Content and third-party materials, the Services and their content—including our brand name, logo, text, graphics, product photographs, designs, videos, interfaces, and website arrangement—are owned by or licensed to AimouDIY and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, publicly display, sell, scrape, download, transmit, or commercially exploit material from the Services except as permitted by applicable law.
“AimouDIY,” our logos, and related branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Shopify’s names, logos, products, and services belong to Shopify or its licensors. Other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 11 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to services or tools operated by third parties, including payment, personalization, file-upload, analytics, communication, review, translation, shipping, and social media providers.
These third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available.” Their use may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law. You should review the relevant third party’s terms and policies before using its services.
SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites or resources operated by third parties.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, accuracy, availability, products, services, or practices of third-party websites.
Accessing third-party links is at your discretion. Questions or complaints concerning third-party products and services should be directed to the applicable third party.
SECTION 13 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
AimouDIY is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and AimouDIY. Shopify is not the seller of AimouDIY products and is not responsible for the manufacture, personalization, quality, shipment, return, or refund of products purchased from AimouDIY.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not liable for claims arising solely from sales transactions between you and AimouDIY.
SECTION 14 — PRIVACY

Because Shopify hosts our store, Shopify may collect and process information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve its platform.
Information may also be processed by service providers that assist with payment processing, order fulfillment, customer support, uploaded image storage, fraud prevention, analytics, and delivery.

SECTION 15 — REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, suggestion, idea, or other feedback intended for publication or business improvement (“Feedback”), you confirm that you have the right to submit it.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, distribute, and display that Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
This section does not automatically authorize us to use private customer-uploaded personalization photographs for public advertising. Separate permission will be obtained where appropriate.
Feedback must not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or malicious content.
We may moderate or remove Feedback that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor every submission.
SECTION 16 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.
We may correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary. If a material error affects an order already placed, we may contact you to obtain confirmation, correct the order, or cancel and refund the affected order.

You remain responsible for amounts properly due before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, Customer Content representations, liability limitations, indemnification, governing law, and dispute-related provisions—will continue to apply.
SECTION 19 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make reasonable efforts to operate the Services accurately and securely. However, except where prohibited by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, durability, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that apply mandatorily under applicable law.
SECTION 20 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AimouDIY and its affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or purchase of products.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, savings, or business opportunity.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
SECTION 21 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold AimouDIY and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
• Your material breach of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Customer Content that infringes another person’s rights
• Your violation of applicable law
• Fraudulent or intentionally harmful conduct
This obligation will not apply to the extent a claim was caused by AimouDIY’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
SECTION 22 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 23 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the policies and notices incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and AimouDIY concerning the Services and supersede prior communications concerning the same subject matter.
If another store policy contains more specific provisions concerning a particular matter, the more specific provisions will apply to that matter.
SECTION 24 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of business assets, or transfer to an affiliated company, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and agreements through which we provide the Services will be governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country or region of residence.
Where applicable law gives consumers the right to bring claims in their local courts or requires a particular governing law, those mandatory rights will remain unaffected.

Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
